Trump Slams NATO “Cowards,” Dismisses UK Aircraft Carriers as “Broken Toys”

President Donald Trump has escalated his rhetorical war against Western allies, launching a scathing critique of NATO and specifically targeting the United Kingdom’s naval capabilities. In a series of candid remarks, the President expressed deep disappointment in the alliance, claiming that their lack of early support during the current conflict has left a “mark on NATO that will never disappear.”
The President took particular aim at the UK, dismissing their two flagship aircraft carriers—HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales—as “old, broken,” and little more than “toys” compared to the U.S. fleet. Trump alleged that when he initially sought assistance, British officials preferred to “wait until you win,” an offer he flatly rejected.

”I don’t need help after we win,” Trump stated, signaling a deepening rift in the “Special Relationship” as the U.S. continues its military operations in the Middle East without the traditional level of European backing.
