In a strongly worded statement posted on Truth Social, Trump cited inefficiencies and internal discord within Iran’s leadership as key reasons behind the decision

“Too much time wasted on traveling, too much work! Besides which, there is tremendous infighting and confusion within their leadership,” Trump stated.

He further criticized the clarity of authority within Iran, adding that “nobody knows who is in charge, including them.”

Reiterating a position of strength, Trump declared that the United States holds a decisive advantage in any potential negotiation scenario.

“We have all the cards, they have none! If they want to talk, all they have to do is call!!!”

The cancellation of the Islamabad visit signals a hardening stance amid ongoing geopolitical tensions involving the United States, Iran, and regional stakeholders like Pakistan. Analysts suggest that the move could further complicate diplomatic channels in an already volatile landscape.
