Trump Calls US the ‘Hottest Nation Anywhere in the World’ Amid China Talks

US President Donald Trump has defended America’s global standing after Chinese President Xi Jinping reportedly referred to the United States as a “declining nation” during ongoing high-level discussions in Beijing.

In a lengthy post on Truth Social, Trump claimed Xi’s remarks were aimed at the previous Biden administration and not at the current state of the United States under his leadership. Trump blamed former President Joe Biden for what he described as years of economic decline, border issues, crime, and controversial social policies.

Trump also highlighted what he called the “incredible rise” of the United States during his administration, citing record stock markets, strong employment numbers, increased foreign investment, military strength, and improved diplomatic ties.
He further claimed Xi congratulated him on America’s recent successes and expressed optimism about future US-China relations.

The remarks come amid a crucial US-China summit focused on trade, Taiwan, Iran, and global economic stability. Both leaders have publicly emphasized the importance of cooperation while acknowledging ongoing geopolitical tensions.
