PM Narendra Modi Embarks on 5-Nation Diplomatic Tour, Begins Visit to UAE

MEA Official Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has embarked on a major 5-nation diplomatic tour covering the United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Italy over the next six days.

According to Jaiswal, the Prime Minister will engage with several global leaders on a wide-ranging agenda focused on strengthening India’s international partnerships, economic cooperation, energy security, strategic ties, trade, innovation and regional connectivity.

The first leg of the visit will see PM Modi arriving in the UAE, where he is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Discussions are expected to focus on enhancing India-UAE cooperation in trade, investment, energy, technology and regional stability.

The multi-nation tour comes at a crucial time amid evolving geopolitical dynamics and reflects India’s growing diplomatic outreach and strategic engagement with key global partners across Europe and the Middle East.
