Suvendu Adhikari Addresses Falta Rally, Vows Fulfilment of BJP Promises and Anti-Corruption Drive

West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari addressed a public rally in Falta ahead of the scheduled re-polling on May 21, making a series of strong commitments regarding governance, law and order, and rehabilitation of displaced people.

Addressing supporters at the rally, Suvendu Adhikari stated that he had come before the people as the BJP’s first Chief Minister, assuring that every commitment made in the party’s election manifesto, as well as promises made by the Prime Minister and Home Minister, would be implemented.

He also vowed to facilitate the return of individuals who were allegedly forced to leave their homes due to political circumstances. Emphasizing a strict stance on corruption, the Chief Minister said he had issued clear instructions to law enforcement agencies regarding bribery and misconduct.

“I have come before you, and I have come as the BJP’s first Chief Minister. Everything promised in our manifesto, everything said by the PM and the HM, we will fulfil it all… We will bring back every single person who has been forced to flee their home… I have given strict orders to the police: if anyone is caught accepting a bribe, send them straight to jail,” he said during the public address.

The remarks come at a crucial political moment as Falta prepares for re-polling on May 21, with political activity and public attention intensifying in the region.
