West Bengal: Major reshuffle in the core committee of Bengal BJP, Mithun Chakraborty got the place

Major reshuffle has been done in the core committee of Bengal BJP. Actor and party leader Mithun Chakraborty has also got a place in this, indicating that Mithun is going to be more active in direct politics in the coming days. In the list released on Monday, along with Mithun, Bengal BJP President Sukanta Majumdar, Leader of Opposition in Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari, party’s national vice president Dilip Ghosh are also named. A core committee has been constituted with 24 top leaders.

Never before has such a large core committee been constituted
The specialty of the new core committee is that never before in Bengal such a large core committee was formed. Former state president Rahul Sinha, Union ministers Nishith Pramanik, Shantanu Thakur and John Barla have also got a place in this. Subhash Sarkar, who was also in the earlier core committee, is also a member this time. Former Union Minister Devshree Chaudhary has also been included in this. In the list of names of core committee, the name of Sukant Majumdar is at the top and the name of Suvendu Adhikari is at number two. Dilip Ghosh’s name is at number three. After that Swapan Dasgupta, Anirban Ganguly have got the place.

MP, MLA and Chief Whip of the party in Vis also in core committee
Manoj Tigga, the party’s chief whip in the state assembly, is also a member of the core committee. Two MLAs Agnimitra Pal and Deepak Burman have also been given place in it. Both the states are general secretaries of BJP. Apart from this, State Secretary and MP Locket Chatterjee, Jyotirmoy Singh Mahato and Jagannath Chatterjee have also got a place in the core committee. State’s organizational general secretary Amitabh Chakraborty and Bengal in-charge Satish Dhond are also members of the core committee. There are also four special invitees in this core committee of 24 people. These include Union General Secretary Sunil Bansal, Central Supervisor Mangal Pandey and two co-in-charges Amit Malviya and Asha Lakra.
