মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর টুইটারে ব্লকের জবাব দিলেন রাজ্যপাল

কলকাতা টুডে ব্যুরো:প্রশাসনিক এবং সংবিধানিক প্রধানের সংঘাত চরমে। সোমবার সাংবাদিক বৈঠক করে রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় জানালেন তিনি বিরক্ত হয়েই টুইটারে ব্লক করেছেন রাজ্যপাল জগদীপ ধনখড়কে।

 

নবান্নে রাজ্যপালকে ব্লক করে দেওয়ার ঘোষণার কয়েক মিনিটের মাথাতেই মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে পালটা জবাব দিয়েছেন রাজ্যপাল জগদীপ ধনখড়। একেবারে সংবিধানের ধারা তুলে ধরে প্রশাসনিক প্রধানকে আক্রমণ। শুধু তাই নয়, একের পর এক টুইটে তোপ তাঁর। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে মমতাকে আক্রমণ করে জগদীপ ধনখড় লেখেন, “সংবিধানের অনুচ্ছেদ ১৫৯-এ বলা আছে, সাংবিধানিক নিয়ম-নীতি এবং আইনের শাসনকে কেউ ব্লক করতে পারেন না।দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্তদের উচিত দেশের সংবিধানের প্রতি আস্থা রাখা।”

WB Guv : Under Article 167 it is Constitution “duty” of the Chief Minister to furnish such information relating to the administration of the affairs of the State and proposals for legislation as the Governor may call for.

লেখেন, রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন প্রশাসনিক বিষয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর দায়িত্বের মধ্যেই পড়ে রাজ্যপালকে জানানো। শুধু তাই নয়, কেন সমস্ত তথ্য তাঁকে দেওয়া হচ্ছে না তা নিয়েও তোপ ধনখড়ের। তবে ব্লক করে দেওয়ার জন্যে দুটি টুইটে মমতাকে ট্যাগ করতে পারলেন  না রাজ্যপাল।
