BJP leader Rajib Banerjee urges the state government to listen teacher’s demands

by Kolkata Today

Former Forest Minister and BJP leader Rajib Banerjee, hit out at TMC led State government  during the BJP’s teacher’s cell rally. Rajib Banerjee said that teachers were unable to speak out their demands.

“Teachers are not able to speak out about their demands, then who will listen to them?,” said Rajib Banerjee.

“A leader who was in the opposition during the Left rule was insulted and we thought she would understand the plight when she came to power, but instead people were beaten up,” Rajib said, hinting at Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

“Whoever becomes the CM from our side will listen to the people,” he said, adding, “Because there is no democracy, teachers had to cross the canal to reach the CM’s house to put forward their demands.”

“The unemployed youths of the state  will give the befitting reply to the present TMC government at the ballot box in upcoming assembly election “,said Rajib Banerjee.
