Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, is still doing well at the box office a week after its debut. Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy, which also stars Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, and Sanjay Mishra, is expected to break the $100 million mark on its second Saturday.
On Saturday, trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed the film’s most recent box office data, revealing that it earned $6.52 crore on its second Friday. He predicted that the picture will do better over the weekend. The film’s total profits have now reached 98.57 crore after the eighth day’s earnings. The debut of Ayushmann Khurrana’s Anek in theaters on Friday, May 28 had no effect on Taran’s picture, he said.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 would become Kartik’s second 100-crore film if it surpasses the threshold on Saturday. Luv Ranjan’s film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, which was released in 2018, grossed a total of 152.75 crore. Sunny Singh, Nushrratt Bharuccha, and Alok Nath were among the cast members.
With a first-day gross of 14.11 crore, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has already surpassed Bhool Bhulaiyaa as Kartik’s greatest opener. It also outperformed Alia Bhatt’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, which was released in February of this year. In its first week, The Kashmir Files grossed 97.30 crores, Gangubai Kathiawadi 68.93 crores, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 92.5 crores.

The horror comedy is a standalone sequel to Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, and Amisha Patel’s hit 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Rajpal Yadav is the only original cast member that returns in this sequel.
