West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee inaugurates Maa canteen. The canteen will afford a combo of rice, dal, sabji and egg curry in a nominal rate of Rs.5. Primarily the canteen has been set up in all 16 borough of KMC. Mamata Banerjee innagurated the canteen from state administrative headquarters Nabanna, on Monday. This “MAA” project will eventually help the needy people, feels Banerjee. Mamata Banerjee too innagurated private projects, Data center, IT Parks and Electrical projects.
While addressing the media Mamata Banerjee said,” The Maa canteen will be started in other parts of Bengal. We are able to give solutions to 100% appeals in Duare Sarkar campaign. More than 12 lacs people has received 100 days work. But BJP is spreading false news. They are calling people and speaking lie against us. BJP’s IT cell is doing dirty politics”.
Speaking on DYFI worker late Maidul Islam, Banerjee added,”Any death is painful. I called Sujan Chakraborty. I don’t know why his family has not been informed. If the family of the deceased wants, then we will give government job to a member of his family”.
