Fair Price Market at Barasat ends after 84 days

“Nyajjya Muller Sabji Bazar(The fair price vegetables market) at Barasat’s Nabapally ended on Saturday, 84 days after it had started. The fair price vegetables market was organised by the CPIM’s Barasat dakshin-paschim area committee at Nabapally Circular Road in the memory of former CPIM leader Shyamal Chakraborty on November 1, 2020.

The market was going on for 84 days. The daily wage earners could get facilities from the fair price vegetables market. On Saturday a programme was also organised over the ending of the market. CPIM’S state secretary and politburo member Biman Bose, and the CPIM’S district leaders Nepaldeb Bhattacharya and Shatarup Ghosh were present in the programme.
