Two central agencies will monitor firecrackers
The National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NIRI) and Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) have been entrusted with the task of monitoring the cracker market in the state. In fact, the state had told the court in this case last year that there is no eco-friendly or ‘green’ bet manufacturing infrastructure.
