Verdict on Gangasagar Snan on 13th January.High court has also asked Chief secretary of West Bengal to submit detailed report on Gangasagar Snan. High court will give its verdict after state will submit its report. Court will have a look on how state government is trying to commence the Gangasagar Shower. How will the mob controlled by government, it will also submitted in the report. After looking at the report in next hearing, court will give a verdict. Both the state government and Central government has showed disappointment over the shower at Gangasagar. They felt if the disciples had a shower in Sagar, then Covid19 can spread through the droplets. So to stop that, government should avoid the holy shower of disciples at Sagar. Court has said that they are happy with the security and transportation. But court has said that administration should not allow disciples to get down at Sagar for Showers. Court will give its final verdict on 13th January a day before the Makar Sankranti.
