It has quite a sour relationship with Sovan-Baisakhi and BJP. Since their joining in BJP, a couple of times both Sovan and Baisakhi showed displeasure over current BJP leaders activity.
Though both of them had a meeting on Sunday with BJP leaders of Kolkata zone. Sovan Chatterjee’s friend and new comer member of BJP, Baisakhi Banerjee said, “It was a nice experience to meet with other members of BJP family. It’s the first time, all of leaders of Kolkata zone sat on a meeting. We had meeting individually in past. But today we all sat together. Kolkata zone is a very important zone. We need to work out what to do in the zone. But we are giving importance to all the other districts as well”.
