Ahead of its release, a special screening of Govinda Naam Mera was hosted in Mumbai and it was attended by many bollywood celebs. Headlining the screening were the film’s lead pair Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal. Bhumi Pednekar, who also stars in the Shashank Khaitan directorial, was MIA from the screening. The guest list also comprised Vicky Kaushal’s wife Katrina Kaif, his brother Sunny Kaushal, filmmaker David Dhawan and son Varun. Filmmaker Karan Johar, Huma Qureshi, filmmaker Kabir Khan were also pictured at the screening. Sharvari, who is rumoured to be dating Vicky’s brother Sunny Kaushal also watched the film.

Govinda Naam Mera, It is a hilarious murder mystery and also has quite a few dance numbers featuring Vicky and Kiara. Kyaa Baat Hai 2.0, Bijli, Bana Sharabi and Pappi Jhappi have already been released ahead of the film’s release on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16. While Vicky plays a choreographer, Bhumi is in the role of his wife and Kiara plays his choreographer girlfriend.The film will release on December 16, 2022.
