India’s Lovepreet Singh won bronze in men’s weightlifting 109 Kg weight category with a total lift of 355 Kg.
Team India won its 9th medal through Lovepreet Singh’s Bronze in the Men’s 109 KG Category at the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham.

Weightlifter Lovepreet Singh on winning the bronze medal in men’s weightlifting 109 Kg weight category ,he said ,” I feel good, this was my first major competition. I did my best today, live on the stage. Would like to dedicate my medal to my country and my family.”
