Today, July 7, former India captain MS Dhoni, who is still incredibly well-liked across the world, is 41. The long-haired Ranchi lad went on to become one of India’s most successful captains, gaining the nickname “Captain Cool” for maintaining composure under pressure.

The moment when India defeated Sri Lanka in the 2011 World Cup final at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium will always be remembered for the decisive six he hit with his bat.

Dhoni celebrated his birthday when he was currently in the UK. He also travelled to London to attend the ongoing Wimbledon tennis competition.
