Trinamool Congress MLA from Uttarpara Prabir Ghoshal resign from post of the party. He was unseen in Mamata Banerjee’s mega rally at Pursura on Monday. Since then, speculation was going on whether he will stay in the party. On Tuesday Uttapara MLA Prabir Ghoshal announced his resignation from district core committee and spokesperson post”.
In a press conference after his resignation, Prabir Ghoshal said,” I am not resigning from the party. I am staying as MLA to help the people of my constituency. But I am leaving the post of district core committee. I had complained about damaged roads and requested to repair. But that has not happened. So I finally decided to give up the post in the core committee. I was not invited in the mega rally of Mamata Banerjee”.
