Brazil scored four goals in the first half for the second time. Earlier, Brazil did this in 1954 against Mexico. Brazil is the first team since 2014 to score four goals in the first half of a World Cup knockout. Germany scored four goals in the first half in the 2014 World Cup semi-final against Brazil.

In the 76th minute, Korea’s Paik Seung Ho scored a superb goal from outside Brazil’s box. Now Brazil’s lead is 4-1. In the second half, the Brazilian team has not been able to show that much good game. Since the 1986 World Cup, only Brazil has scored more goals from outside the box than Korea. Korea scored the first goal in the 1986 World Cup. Since then, Brazil has scored 16 goals from outside the box, while Korea has scored 15.
