Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral discussions with Mette Frederiksen on the sidelines of the 3rd India-Nordic Summit, reaffirming the commitment of both nations to deepen cooperation under the India-Denmark Green Strategic Partnership.

The leaders discussed several key sectors including renewable energy, climate action, water management, green shipping, digitalisation and food processing. Both sides highlighted the importance of strengthening sustainable development initiatives and expanding collaboration across emerging sectors.
During the meeting, both countries acknowledged the growing role of Danish investments and advanced technologies in supporting India’s development goals. They noted that scaling up Danish expertise and investments in India could create mutual economic and strategic benefits.
The leaders also exchanged views on significant regional and global developments, underlining their shared commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and promoting sustainable growth through innovation and strategic cooperation.
