Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten, engaged with CEOs of leading Dutch companies across multiple sectors including energy, sustainability, and technology during his visit to the Netherlands.

The high-level interaction focused on strengthening economic cooperation and expanding bilateral opportunities in emerging and strategic sectors. Prime Minister Modi emphasized enhancing collaboration in key areas such as semiconductors, maritime development, water management, agritech, high-end manufacturing, and advanced logistics.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the proposed India–European Union Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is expected to further accelerate trade, technology partnerships, investments, and people-to-people engagement between India and the Netherlands.
PM Modi noted that the growing synergy between Indian and Dutch businesses can open new avenues for investments, facilitate technology transfer, create employment opportunities, and further strengthen the India–Netherlands strategic partnership.
The meeting reflects both nations’ shared commitment toward innovation-driven growth, sustainable development, and expanding global economic cooperation.
