PM Narendra Modi Says ‘Mood in West Bengal Favouring BJP’ After Meeting Party Workers in Siliguri

By Editorial Team
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday shared his appreciation for grassroots party workers after interacting with BJP karyakartas in Siliguri. “It is always a delight to interact with hardworking BJP Karyakartas. Their efforts at the grassroots are truly inspiring,” Modi said in a post on social media. The Prime Minister revealed that after addressing a rally in Siliguri, he met local party workers who spoke about the challenges faced by common people under the rule of Trinamool Congress (TMC). According to him, the karyakartas highlighted public dissatisfaction and shared that people are increasingly connecting with the BJP’s development-focused agenda. Modi further emphasized that such direct interactions with party workers strengthen his belief that the political mood in West Bengal is shifting in favour of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The statement comes at a time when political activity in West Bengal is intensifying, with parties gearing up to strengthen their presence across the state through grassroots outreach and public engagement.
