Rahul Gandhi Pays Homage to Pahalgam Victims, Reaffirms Fight Against Terrorism

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi paid tribute to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack, remembering those who lost their lives in the deadly incident last year.

In a message shared on social media, Gandhi said, “I pay heartfelt tribute to all the brave heroes who were martyred in the cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam last year. India will never forget their sacrifice… nor will it ever forgive those responsible for this dastardly act.”

The attack, carried out in Jammu and Kashmir, had claimed 26 lives, most of them civilians, and triggered widespread grief and outrage across the country.

Gandhi emphasized the enduring emotional impact of the tragedy, noting that the memory of innocent lives lost continues to shake the nation. He expressed solidarity with the families of the victims, stating that their grief is shared by the entire country.

“The martyrdom of those sons of the nation will forever remain etched in the soul of India,” he said, underlining the collective resolve to stand against terrorism.

Reaffirming national unity, Gandhi added that India stood united against terrorism at the time of the attack and continues to do so, with a firm commitment to resist forces that spread hatred and fear.

The anniversary of the Pahalgam attack has seen leaders across the political spectrum paying homage to the victims and reiterating India’s unwavering stance against terrorism.
