The state government has arranged for Egg, rice and vegetables at 5 rupees in different wards from today. Initially there were lot of controversies on this issues. But at the end , the virtual inauguration of the government mother project was held by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Through this project, thousands of people will be given a plate of egg rice every day. Today, the Chief Minister inaugurated it through a virtual meeting. Just like in Barisha Ward No. 123, people crowded from 2 pm for 5 rupees for egg rice. Today, on the first day, rice, pulses, cabbage curry and one egg were given to everyone. The project of giving this food every day will continue.
