Adani Airport City to Invest ₹20,000 Crore in Integrated Airport Developments
Adani Airport City Limited (AACL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), has announced a ₹20,000 crore first-phase investment to develop integrated airport cities across its airport network.

The project will transform airports into mixed-use urban destinations by integrating hospitality, retail, entertainment, convention centres and commercial spaces within connected, walkable districts.
Around 22 million square feet of development is planned across airports in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur and Guwahati.
The initiative covers a 655-acre land bank spread across six airports in five states, with nearly 440 acres located in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Nearly 70% of the total investment will be directed towards the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), reinforcing its position as India's leading commercial, financial and aviation hub.
The airport city programme is expected to strengthen India's aviation ecosystem while creating new business, tourism and employment opportunities through integrated urban infrastructure.
