Alexander Zverev Storms Into Second Straight French Open Final
Alexander Zverev moved to within touching distance of his maiden Gtand Slam trophy after a 7-5, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 win over Jakub Mensik in the French men's singles semi-final in Paris on Friday.
It would be the German's second consecutive appearance in the final at Roland Garros.
The World No. 3 produced a composed performance to beat his teenage Czech opponent, who has been deemed as one of the tournament's breakthrough performers.

"Jakub has been my toughest opponent of the tournament so far," Zverev said
"He deserved to be in the semi-finals and he has a very bright future ahead of him."
Looking ahead to the final, Zverev said: "I'm confident. I've been playing good tennis all tournament."
