Anupam Kher Praises Yash Ahead of Toxic Release

Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher recently shared a heartfelt note after meeting Kannada superstar Yash, praising the actor’s journey, talent and powerful screen presence.

Taking to social media, Kher described meeting Yash as “a total joy” and recalled being impressed by his performances as Rocky in the blockbuster KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2. He said Yash not only played the iconic character but also gave Rocky a distinct soul, swagger and an unforgettable place in Indian cinema.

Kher also praised Yash’s personality away from the camera, describing him as a “warm, grounded and thoughtful human being.” The two actors met at a studio and discussed cinema, life, parents, families, dreams and the journeys that shape their lives.

Reflecting on his interaction with the younger star, Kher said meeting talented and ambitious actors who are passionate about creating extraordinary work energises and inspires him. He highlighted how cinema connects generations, saying that while actors may belong to different generations, their dreams can speak the same language.

Kher also extended his best wishes to Yash for his upcoming film Toxic, expressing hope that the movie creates its own magic and receives tremendous love and success.
