British-Indian chess prodigy Bodhana Sivanandan has been recognised by Guinness World Records as the youngest chess player to achieve the Woman Grandmaster (WGM) title, adding another remarkable milestone to her rapidly growing list of achievements.
The 11-year-old London schoolgirl made history at the 46th Chess Olympiad in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, where she became the youngest player ever to earn the prestigious WGM title.
Bodhanaβs latest achievement has now earned her three Guinness World Records titles, underlining her extraordinary rise in international chess.
Her previous Guinness records include becoming the youngest chess player to attain the Woman International Master (WIM) title and the youngest female player to defeat a grandmaster in a chess tournament.
