Piyush Goyal Says BRICS Exports Rose Nearly Sevenfold to $6 Trillion in 2024

Exports from BRICS countries have recorded a remarkable increase over the past two decades, rising from around USD 900 billion in 2003 to USD 6 trillion in 2024, Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal said at the BRICS Business Forum.

Goyal highlighted the growing importance of BRICS nations in global trade, noting that their combined share of global exports has nearly doubled to around 24%.
