In a dramatic statement posted on social media, US President Donald Trump claimed that three American naval destroyers successfully navigated the strategically critical Strait of Hormuz despite coming under attack from Iranian forces.

According to Trump, the destroyers faced missile and drone threats, all of which were intercepted without causing any damage to US assets. He further asserted that American forces retaliated decisively, destroying multiple Iranian attack units, including small naval boats allegedly deployed as part of Iran’s maritime operations.
Trump described the operation as highly successful, stating that the US Navy neutralized incoming threats “quickly and efficiently.” He also claimed that Iranian drones were intercepted mid-air and missiles were “easily knocked down.”
The US President criticized Iran’s leadership, warning of stronger military action if tensions escalate further. He emphasized that the destroyers would now rejoin a broader US naval deployment in the region, which he referred to as a “Wall of Steel.”
The Strait of Hormuz remains one of the world’s most vital oil transit routes, making any military confrontation in the area a matter of global concern.
As of now, there has been no official response from Iranian authorities regarding the claims made by Trump.
