Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the state’s strong work ethic, honesty, sporting achievements and contribution to national defence while addressing the Haryana 2.0 Investment Summit in Mumbai.

Saini said, “There is no religion greater than hard work. There is no greater wealth than honesty, and there is no greater relationship with one's soil.” Emphasising the importance of staying connected to one’s roots, he compared people to a tree that may grow as high as it wants but remains connected to its roots.

The Chief Minister expressed pride in Haryana-based entrepreneurs and industrialists travelling to Mumbai to establish major industries. He said people from Haryana have created their own identity across various fields.

Highlighting Haryana’s contribution to national defence, Saini said the state’s youth continue to serve at the country’s borders and claimed that every tenth soldier in the Indian Army is from Haryana.

He also praised Haryana’s sporting talent, pointing to the state’s achievements at the Olympic Games, Paralympics and Commonwealth Games. Saini said Haryana holds a leading position when India wins gold medals at major international sporting events.

The Chief Minister’s remarks at the Haryana 2.0 Investment Summit underlined the state government’s focus on investment, entrepreneurship, youth development, national service and sports excellence.
