JP Nadda Reviews Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission Progress
Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda chaired the third Mission Steering Group (MSG) meeting of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), reviewing the programme's progress and outlining measures to further strengthen India's digital healthcare ecosystem.

During the meeting, the Health Minister stressed the importance of building a citizen-centric, interoperable, and technology-driven healthcare system that ensures seamless access to health services across the country.

Nadda said the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission has evolved into one of the world's largest digital health ecosystems.
According to the latest figures presented during the review:
Over 93.95 crore ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) numbers have been created.
More than 105 crore health records have been digitally linked.
Around 5.33 lakh health facilities have been registered on the national digital health registries.
Nearly 9.85 lakh healthcare professionals are now part of the digital health network.
The government reaffirmed its commitment to expanding digital health infrastructure, improving interoperability, and ensuring secure, accessible, and efficient healthcare services for every citizen.
