Kullu’s Sinduri Pomegranates Make Their Way to Dubai

Union Minister Piyush Goyal highlighted a significant milestone for Himachal Pradesh’s agricultural exports, as 1.3 metric tonnes of Sinduri pomegranates from Kullu have been exported to Dubai with the support of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).

कुल्लू के सिंदूरी अनार की दुबई तक पहुँची मिठास! हिमाचल प्रदेश के किसानों की उपज अब वैश्विक बाजारों में नई पहचान बना रही है। @APEDADOC के सहयोग से कुल्लू से दुबई तक 1.3 मीट्रिक टन सिंदूरी अनार का निर्यात किया गया है। स्थानीय उपज को वैश्विक बाजारों से जोड़ने की यह पहल किसानों की आय बढ़ाने और भारतीय कृषि निर्यात को नई ऊँचाइयों तक ले जाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

The export marks an important step in connecting local farmers with international markets, enhancing the global recognition of Himachal Pradesh’s agricultural produce and creating new opportunities to increase farmers’ incomes.

The initiative also reflects India’s growing focus on expanding agricultural exports and bringing the country’s high-quality farm produce to consumers across the world.
