Chief Minister and TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee issued a strong call for unity and collective strength while addressing a grand public meeting in Raghunathpur, urging people to reject divisive politics and stand together.
Campaigning across Bandwan, Raghunathpur, and Para, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo appealed to voters to strengthen the mandate for party candidates Rajib Lochan Saren, Hazari Bauri, and Manik Bauri. She emphasized that unity among people remains the strongest defense against any conspiracy.

Highlighting her government’s achievements, Banerjee presented a comprehensive account of development initiatives undertaken in the region:
Industrial Growth: Establishment of the Raghunathpur Industrial Park and the proposed Dankuni-Raghunathpur Economic Corridor aimed at boosting industrial investment and connectivity.
Infrastructure Expansion: Significant improvements in road networks and construction of pucca houses to enhance living standards.
Employment Generation: Launch of the Karmashree Scheme to create sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The Chief Minister also underlined efforts to promote tourism in Purulia:
Development of a tourism circuit featuring Garh Panchakot and Joychandi Hills
Construction of a stadium to encourage sports and local engagement
Mamata Banerjee highlighted inclusive initiatives aimed at preserving local culture and empowering communities:
Recruitment of teachers proficient in the Santhali language
