Khan also acknowledged that individuals have constitutional rights, including freedom of speech and expression. However, she questioned the political messaging surrounding Rahul Gandhi's remarks and the imagery used during the address.

The issue has since become part of a larger political conversation involving the Congress, BJP and other stakeholders.
