ATK Mohun Bagan lose 0-2 to Mumbai City in Indian super league mega match. This was like a final match for both the team to qualify for the AFC champions league. Mumbai City FC got an edge over the Bagan.
Murtada Fall scored the first goal of the match within 7 minutes of the starting whistle. Ogbeche scored the second goal of Mumbai City FC in 39th minute of the match. Prabir Das tried with a great attempt but his shot deflected off the cross piece. Marcelino,Tiri were very much off coloured which eventually cost Bagan.
With this win over Mohun Bagan, Sergio Lobera’s Mumbai City FC qualified for the AFC Champions league. Mumbai got up the table with the win over Bagan. Mumbai will face FC Goa in semi finals while Mohunbagan will face Khalid Jamil’s North East United in ISL semi finals.
