Narendra Modi Attacks Congress, Highlights NDA’s Development Agenda in Assam Rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack on the Indian National Congress while addressing a public rally in Dibrugarh during the ongoing Assam elections.

Accusing the Congress of corruption and governance failures, Modi said the party has consistently failed to deliver development and progress for the people. He contrasted this with the efforts of the NDA government, which he claimed is focused on transparency and growth.

Highlighting key priorities, the Prime Minister emphasised that the NDA government is making sincere efforts to generate employment and create new opportunities for the youth across the country. He pointed to ongoing initiatives aimed at boosting economic development and strengthening job creation.

Modi asserted that the government’s development agenda is driven by honesty and commitment to public welfare, adding that Assam and the Northeast region are witnessing significant transformation under NDA leadership.

The remarks come as political campaigning intensifies in Assam, with development, employment, and governance emerging as central themes in the electoral battle.
