PM Modi Congratulates Praveen Chithravel on CWG Silver

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Indian athlete Praveen Chithravel after he won the Silver Medal in the Men's Triple Jump at the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

The Prime Minister praised the athlete for delivering the best jump of his sporting career and wished him continued success.
In a post shared on social media, Prime Minister Modi said:

"Delighted that Praveen Chithravel has won a Silver Medal in the Men’s Triple Jump event at the 2026 CWG and also registered a best jump of his sporting journey. Congratulations to him. Wishing him every success in the journey ahead."

Praveen Chithravel's outstanding performance not only earned India another medal at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games but also marked a personal milestone, as he achieved the best jump of his career on one of the biggest international stages.
