Amid ongoing discussions around the limited response from Bollywood’s top stars to Dhurandhar 2, Priyanka Chopra has stepped forward to publicly praise the film and its team.

Taking to Instagram, the actor congratulated her close friend Ranveer Singh for the film’s massive success. Sharing the movie’s poster on her Stories, she wrote, “Congratulations mere dost Ranveer Singh,” while also tagging co-stars including Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi.

She reserved special praise for director Aditya Dhar, calling him “a man with a mission” and describing the film as “a revelation in every way,” while thanking the team for their artistry.

Priyanka, who is currently in India, was also recently seen visiting the Golden Temple, where she participated in seva. Videos of her washing utensils alongside other devotees quickly went viral, reflecting her involvement in the temple’s community service traditions. She was later seen exiting the premises amid a crowd of fans eager to catch a glimpse of the actor.

Meanwhile, Dhurandhar 2 continues its record-breaking run at the box office. The film has reportedly collected ₹1,365 crore worldwide since its release on March 19 and is now approaching the ₹1,400 crore milestone. It has emerged as the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of all time, surpassing major hits like Jawan, RRR and KGF: Chapter 2, as well as outperforming its predecessor.

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra is set to return to Indian cinema with Varanasi, directed by S. S. Rajamouli. The film will feature Mahesh Babu in the lead role, with Prithviraj Sukumaran playing the antagonist. Her most recent release was the Hollywood project The Bluff, which premiered on Prime Video.
