The top leadership positions of TMC as submitted to the ECI:

Chairperson: Mamata Banerjee
Vice-President: Subrata Bakshi
National General Secretary: Abhishek Banerjee

Joint Secretaries: Derek O'Brien and Dola Sen
Treasurer: Subhasish Chakraborty
West Bengal TMC President: Chandrima Bhattacharya
Leader of the West Bengal Assembly: Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay

The TMC is mirred in a bleeding internal rebellion after facing defeat to BJP in the 2026 Assembly polls.

The party's seat share dropped to 80 while Mamata herself lost to Suvendu Adhikari in the Bhabanipur constituency.
