Trinamool Congress MLA and state minister Bratya Basu addressed a press conference along with TMC leader Arpita Ghosh. On Friday, several theatre artist joined Trinamool Congress. Bratya Basu said at the prese conference,” BJP is against the Bengal culture. I challenge you to take one theatre artist to BJP. They are against culture. Some artist may go with you, but will not eventually support your party. They might do the politics to get initial benifit. Because when, Theatre artist says something, it’s always straight and sharp”.
Bratya added,” Many theatre artist are coming and joining Trinamool Congress. We will do such joining in all districts. We will do five convention as well. We will start from 13th February”.
Bratya Basu and Arpita Ghosh handed over Trinamool Congress flag to the theatre artist on Friday. Bratya concluded,” Amit Shah will go to Thakur Nagar. Narendra Modi spelt wrong name of Matua people’s lord Harichand Thakur. So my request to the matua brothers to show Amit Shah black flag”.
Bengali
