Bollywood veteran actor Anupam Kher shared an emotional note on social media after visiting the residence of legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle, describing the experience as deeply moving and reflective. In his post titled “SOUND OF SILENCE,” Kher said he visited Asha Bhosle’s home to pay tribute to the iconic singer. He described the atmosphere inside the house as profoundly silent, adding that it felt like “a silence that speaks,” where her presence could still be felt in every corner and memory. He also met members of her family, including her son Anand, daughter-in-law Anuja, and granddaughter Zanai Bhosle, whom he described as warm and gracious, carrying forward her legacy with quiet strength. Kher reflected that the visit was not just emotional but also healing in its own way, stating that while he left in silence, Asha Bhosle’s songs continued to resonate in his heart. He concluded his tribute with a heartfelt message: “Long Live Asha Ji! Jai Ho!”
