Gabriel Jesus has been involved in six goals in his first five Premier League appearances for us (3 goals, 3 assists), a record by a player in their first five games for the Gunners, breaking Mesut Özil’s record (5).
The result makes it five wins from five since the start of the season for the Gunners, the first time they have achieved this feat since 2004/05, and keeps them two points clear at the top of the table.
After the match Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta said ,”We are obviously really happy because we are winning football matches that we deserve to win. The way we are performing and playing, and we need to continue. Again, there are a lot of things that we have to improve and you could see that in the second half, but the way we played in the first half, the amount of chances, how much we generated, how dominant we were, and the energy that we generated is really pleasing as a coach.”
