The portals of Badrinath Dham open for devotees this morning with ceremonial worship. The portals were opened amid chanting of vedic mantras.

The doors of Badrinath Dham, located in Uttarakhand opened for devotees this morning. The shrine is one of the four ancient pilgrimage sites referred to as ‘Char Dham’ which also include Yamunotri, Gangotri, and Kedarnath.
“Char Dham Yatra has begun, it will set record this time. We’ve made arrangements for same at huge level…Recently there’ve been forest fires in state,govt is committed in resolving problem. We all have to put efforts to preserve environment,”CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said.
