CPIM student wing SFI leader Shatarup Ghosh on Saturday said that instead of “Duare Sarkar prakalpa”, they(Trinamool government) should develop the prisons as the chief minister and her nephew would be imprisoned three months later. “The time has come while the state government is going to “jamer duare” and maran kale harir nam(taking name of hari while dying). I’m telling Mamata Banerjee that you have three months to stay in the power. So you should do only one scheme rather than other all the projects.
That is the development of jails. Because you and your vaipo(nephew) would have to be stayed in the prisons three months later. The people have rights to have the treatment and the online education system for the students during such Covid pandemic, all these are basic needs as their rights of the people. Those aren’t considerations by the government to the people. The government should have given those facilities to the people earlier. With an eye on the polls, the Mamata Banerjee have declared it before the forthcoming assembly election. But she is yet to give it. Few days ago, Mamata Banerjee told that the people are getting treatment in government hospitals at free of cost. If it is true, then why the Swastha Sathi card would be issued to pay the bills of private hospitals and nursing homes. Then you(Mamata Banerjee) should confess that the people don’t get treatment in government hospitals at free of cost. The chief minister fixed the Swastha Sathi health card coverage for Rs 5 lakh. Then she should have fixed the maximum limitation of the bills charged by private hospitals and nursing homes. Otherwise Swastha Sathi card have no value.,” Shararup said.
