West Bengal government has started investigation on appointment of Ban Sahayak workers under forest department. Chief minister Mamata Banerjee announced investigation on the matter. While opposition BJP think this investigation was launched only because Rajib Banerjee left Trinamool Congress.
Speaking on the allegations, Rajib Banerjee said at BJP office,” The investigation has started,it’s a good thing. This will reveal how a neutral board was created to appoint them. I don’t want any investigation to take place just because of revenge. I want all truths to reveal. I also urge to investigate all the contractual appointments in all departments. Why only this department? Our demand will be, along with this investigation all other contractual appointments process should be investigated”.
