The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, the exam-conducting body, announced the results of IIM
CAT 2023 yesterday. The results are available on the official website and candidates who sat for the
examination can check and download the results once. A direct link to check IIM CAT 2023 results has
been activated on the website – iimcat.ac.in. Those interested are advised to check here using login
credentials or on the official website for more information including updates regarding the results
declaration.
IIM CAT 2023: Total 14 STUDENTS SECURE A PERFECT SCORE OF 100
14 students, including 11 engineering graduates, secured a perfect score of 100 per cent, while 29
achieved a 99.99 percentile, and another 29 scored a 99.98 percentile. The examination was conducted
on November 26, 2023, in 375 test centres across 167 cities nationwide. This year, around 2.88 lakh
students took the test. Admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Master of
Business Administration (MBA) programs offered by over 1,200 B-schools and 21 IIMs will be
determined by the CAT 2023 score.
The 14 candidates who have secured 100 percentiles are all males and interestingly one from each
state, other than Telangana which has two. They are one each from Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat,
Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. There are two
candidates from Telangana.
INSTITUTIONS THAT ACCEPT IIM CAT 2023 SCORES
More than 1000 MBA colleges in India accept CAT scores. Amongst the IIMs, this includes Ahmedabad,
Amritsar, Bangalore, Bodh Gaya, Calcutta, Indore, Jammu, Kashipur, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mumbai,
Nagpur, Raipur Ranchi, Rohtak, Sambalpur, Shillong, Sirmaur, Tiruchirappalli, Udaipur, and
Visakhapatnam.
The preliminary answer key for the IIM CAT 2023 was issued on December 5, and candidates had the
opportunity to submit objections until December 8. The official announcement suggested the possibility
of a tentative date sheet being released in January 2024, but there was anticipation that the results
might be disclosed in the last week of December.
