BJP leader Rajib Banerjee addressed a rally on Friday after the election dates were announced. He targeted Trinamool Congress Supremo Mamata Banerjee.
He said,” Mamata Banerjee has addressed a press conference right after the election commission announcement. She has understood so quickly that she has lost. First she welcomed the decision of ECI. Then she said there is conspiracy. I would like to remind her, that 2019 Loksabha election was of 7 phase”.
Rajib Banerjee added,” 2011 and 2016 Election was too held in 6 phases. So this nothing new for them. She said in the press conference that her party is strong in South 24 Parganas, so Election commission has given 3 phase for Election in the district. This means she has accepted that in all other districts of Bengal, there is no support for Trinamool Congress”.
He added further,”She has understood that if Bengal people can vote for their choice. If there is free and fair election in the state then her party will lose for sure. So her party is giving slogan of Khela Hobe”.
