We will recognise all the refugee colony of West Bengal :Mamata Banerjee

West Bengal Chief Minister  Mamata Banerjee announced a couple of development projects in the state. That includes hospital for South Dinajpur district. It includes giving recognition to Refugee colony and Old age pension. Mamata Banerjee announced updation of hospital in Kaliagang. She said in the press conference, “In Kaliaganj, they appealed for 100 seat hospital. It was 60 bed hospital. Now it will become 250 bed hospital which will be helpful for South Dinajpur people”.

Chief minister sanctioned 15 lakh request for old age and widow pension. At Nabanna, Mamata Banerjee announced,” Many old and widow people applied for pension. We have received 15 lakhs requests and we have granted all 15 lakh request for widow and old-age pension”.

Mamata Banerjee’s government will be doing survey to give recognition to refugee. From the press conference at Nabanna, Mamata Banerjee said,” We will recognise all the refugee colony of West Bengal along with places in Kolkata. There are refugee colony in many places of Kolkata. Our government will be doing survey in all districts and give them recognition”.
