Exit Polls Results Out 2023

Assembly Elections were held in the recent past in 5 states of the nation – Madhya Pradesh,
Chhatisgarh, Mizoram, Rajasthan, and Telangana. Now exit polls are out for all 5 and here’s a look at the
results –
Most exit polls have predicted a victory for BJP in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. The Congress is
poised for victory in Chhatisgarh and Telegana while in Mizoram the ruling MNF party is ahead of the
others.
Exit Polls are named such because they are based on responses collected from voters soon after they
exit the polling booth. It is interesting to note that while they mostly tend to give a fairly accurate
picture of the actual election results, there have been instances in the past when the results have gone
completely awry. This is supposed to occur because responses are not given correctly by voters in many
instances.
